When training with a personal trainer your chances of injury decrease and your personal safety increases. If you are a beginner I will show proper techniques and modifications to safely work targeted muscles. While someone more experienced, I will make sure you are being spotted and safely push your self to your limits. I will keep you motivated and accountable for your workouts.
